Salmon Run

View the spectacular bright red Kokanee Salmon on their annual run! The fish can be viewed at several locations throughout the Columbia Valley, some of our favourites include:

• Spruce Grove campground in Fairmont Hot Springs by the river
• Columbia Lake Provincial Park along the river
• Stand up paddle board anywhere along the Columbia River (rentals can be found here) for an amazing birdseye view
• Brisco Falls - see the salmon right at the trail head, a short hike leads to a beautiful waterfall
