With a sunny south-facing deck, majestic mountain views, and a central location just minutes from the hot springs, golf courses, and outdoor adventures, this is the perfect base for your Columbia Valley stay.
Offering easy, one-level living, Tee House comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms, featuring one king bed, two queens, and a twin cot - each bedroom has a smart TV and luxury linens for a restful night’s sleep.
The open concept living space is ideal for relaxing and reconnecting, with an electric fireplace and large-screen TV for streaming. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area for seven make it easy to cook, gather, and enjoy meals together.
Step outside to the spacious, wraparound deck - offering both sun and shade throughout the day. It’s the perfect place for morning coffee (or tea!), afternoon BBQs, or evening drinks while watching golfers pass by and taking in the stunning mountain scenery.
Families will appreciate the small playground just steps away, while guests can also access amenities at the nearby Mountain View Suites Hotel (for a fee), including a gym, sauna, and in the summer, pools, hot tubs, and a splash park. The Boardwalk Restaurant is also just across the way for convenient dining.

"This place was perfect for our family of 6 adults. The space was very large and free from clutter. The beds were comfy and the place was very clean. It doesn’t have AC, but we kept the blinds closed and the rooms stayed fairly cool. We loved the patio- it was big with lots of seating, we ate most of our meals there. We found everything well stocked, from the kitchen basics to soap, even laundry detergent. Having a BBQ was great- we used it several times. I liked the fact that the space was nicely decorated, with minimal clutter. We brought a lot of stuff with us, so it was nice to have room for everything. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

Policies
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival or in full at the time of booking if inside 30 days.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, a $50 cancellation fee is deducted and the balance is held as a credit to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 21 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests that do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Security Deposit of $500 is pre-authorised to the credit card on file on the day of arrival. If all policies are followed and the property incurs no loss, additional cleaning or damages the funds are released .
- No Smoking - smoking is not permitted inside or on the decks.
- Pets - pets are ONLY permitted in pet friendly designated units.
