Beautifully renovated with over 3,000 sq ft of living space, this 4-bedroom plus den, 3-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests and offers the perfect setting for family vacations, golf trips, reunions and group getaways.
Located just a 10-minute walk from Canada's largest natural hot spring pools and steps from the Fairmont Trail Network, Marble Canyon 601 combines spacious mountain living with an unbeatable location. Surrounded by spectacular views of the Rocky and Purcell Mountain Ranges, this beautifully renovated townhome is the perfect base for exploring everything the Columbia Valley has to offer.
The main level features an open-concept living space with soaring vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a large dining table, and breakfast bar seating. Gather around the cozy wood-burning fireplace after a day of adventure or step outside onto the wraparound west-facing deck to enjoy outdoor dining and mountain views.
Designed with larger groups in mind, the home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests across four bedrooms, a loft, den, and three full bathrooms. The spacious master bedroom occupies the upper level and features a king bed, private ensuite with a relaxing soaker tub and a private balcony overlooking the Fairmont Mountain Range. A loft with a hide-a-bed provides additional sleeping space, while the lower level offers two additional queen bedrooms, a large recreation room with a pool table, gas fireplace, TV, and another hide-a-bed, creating the perfect space for family game nights or relaxing together.

- Each property has a minimum of 2 allocated parking spaces. Please note that the Marble Canyon Townhomes do not allow parking for boats, trailers or RVs as per the Strata Bylaws, failure to adhere to the Strata Bylaws may result in a fine – our Reservations Team can recommend alternate parking for your larger vehicles.
- All properties are equipped with a complimentary “STARTER KIT” of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, salt and pepper, paper towel, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags and Kleenex.
- NOT INCLUDED: beach towels for the Hot Spring pools, cling wrap, tin foil, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel etc.

If you're looking for a place for a mini getaway, this is the place. Fairmont Hot Springs is located just behind. The property is right next to the golf course. Food, a market, and a cafe are all within a 5-minute drive. The townhouse is beautiful with everything you need equipped inside. Fairmont Creek Vacation was really responsive and kept in touch the whole time. I really wished we had more vacation time to stay here longer and explore the area.

They responded immediately to our needs and always provided clear instructions. My family and I were very happy with our stay. The staff were attentive, the place was comfortable, and everything we needed was well taken care of. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would be happy to come back again.
So happy we found this place. It met all our needs and made our stay in Fairmont very memorable. The location and accessibility to all activities you can imagine can’t be beat. Lots of sleeping options and space and our group of 12 didn’t feel like we needed to compromise anything when it came to sleeping arrangements. Overall, fantastic and we would absolutely without hesitation stay here again. It will be our go-to for when we’re back to visit and explore the Fairmont Hot Springs area.

Policies
Marble Canyon Booking Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - You will receive a code to access the door lock on your unit when all deposits are up to date.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival or in full at the time of booking if within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, a $50 cancellation fee is deducted and the balance is held as a credit to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival can be re-booked at another time subject to availability, if not re-booked a fee of $50 will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests that do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Security Deposit at Marble Canyon is $500 and will be pre-authorised to the credit card on file on the day of arrival. If all policies are followed and the property incurs no loss or additional cleaning, the pre-authorisation will be removed.
- Pets/Smoking - all properties are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted outside on decks. Pets are ONLY permitted in pet friendly units as listed here.
