Welcome to your vacation home at the Marble Canyon Townhomes in Fairmont Hot Springs.This newly renovated 4 bedroom plus den, 3 bathroom townhome boasts more than 3,000sqft of living space over 3 levels - comfortably accommodating up to 15 people.
Located a 10 minute walk from Canada's largest natural hot spring pools, on the fairways of the Mountainside Golf Course this well thought out property provides the perfect family or large group retreat. Spectacular views of the Rocky and Purcell mountains can be enjoyed from the 2 private decks. The Fairmont Trail Network can be accessed from the property for a stroll or a day hike.
The main level features an open concept fully equipped kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances are features of this luxury kitchen which also incorporates a large dining table comfortably seating 8 people plus a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, leather sofas and flat screen TV. Walk out from this open space onto the wrap around west facing deck with 2 patio tables, 8 chairs and a gas BBQ. There is one bedroom on this main level with a queen bed and a twin over double bunk bed. A separate shower room is located between the bedroom and kitchen.
The upper level has a loft area with pull out hide-a-bed which leads to the master suite. The master suite has a king bed, in-room Jacuzzi tub and an ensuite shower-room with his and hers sinks. A private east facing deck off the master suite offers majestic views of the Fairmont Mountain Range.
The lower level has a 3rd and 4th bedroom each with a queen bed. There is a large recreation area with a hide-a-bed, gas fireplace, TV, pool table and french doors leading to the west facing patio. Pack light as the laundry room houses a large capacity washer and dryer. A bonus den/TV room is also located on this level.

Property Amenities
- Each property has a minimum of 2 allocated parking spaces. Please note that the Marble Canyon Townhomes do not allow parking for boats, trailers or RVs as per the Strata Bylaws, failure to adhere to the Strata Bylaws may result in a fine – our Reservations Team can recommend alternate parking for your larger vehicles.
- All properties are equipped with a complimentary “STARTER KIT” of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags, and Kleenex. We recommend bringing: beach towels for the Hot Spring pools, salt & pepper, cling wrap, tin foil, shampoo, shower gels & shampoo etc.

If you're looking for a place for a mini getaway, this is the place. Fairmont Hot Springs is located just behind. The property is right next to the golf course. Food, a market, and a cafe are all within a 5-minute drive. The townhouse is beautiful with everything you need equipped inside. Fairmont Creek Vacation was really responsive and kept in touch the whole time. I really wished we had more vacation time to stay here longer and explore the area.

They responded immediately to our needs and always provided clear instructions. My family and I were very happy with our stay. The staff were attentive, the place was comfortable, and everything we needed was well taken care of. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would be happy to come back again.
So happy we found this place. It met all our needs and made our stay in Fairmont very memorable. The location and accessibility to all activities you can imagine can’t be beat. Lots of sleeping options and space and our group of 12 didn’t feel like we needed to compromise anything when it came to sleeping arrangements. Overall, fantastic and we would absolutely without hesitation stay here again. It will be our go-to for when we’re back to visit and explore the Fairmont Hot Springs area.

Policies
Marble Canyon Booking Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - You will receive a code to access the door lock on your unit when all deposits are up to date.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival or in full at the time of booking if inside 30 days.
- Cancellation Policy made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, a $50 cancellation fee is deducted and the balance is held as a credit if used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival can be re-booked at another time subject to availability, if not re-booked a fee of $50 will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests that do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Security Deposit at Marble Canyon is $500 and will be pre-authorised to the credit card on file on the day of arrival. If all policies are followed and the property incurs no loss or additional cleaning, the pre-authorisation will be removed.
- Pets/Smoking - all properties are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted outside on decks. Pets are ONLY permitted in pet friendly units as listed here.
