Welcome to your Fairmont Hot Springs vacation rental at the Marble Canyon Townhomes. Located a 10 minute nature walk from Canada's largest natural hot spring pools, on the fairways of the Mountainside Golf Course with hiking trails from your door this beautiful property provides the perfect home away from home for a family, golf group or girls getaway.
With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this townhome boasts more than 2,500sqft of living space over 3 levels - comfortably accommodating up to 6 adults (8 including kids).
Enter into this clean and modern townhome where the master bedroom suite is situated on the main level for easy access. This bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and a jack and jill ensuite bathroom with a shower over the tub. An air conditioning unit is in the bedroom for the warmer nights.
The main level offers an open concept fully equipped kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. A large dining table comfortably seats 6 people plus there's a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The living area has a wood burning fireplace, luxurious furnishings and a smart flat screen TV including NetFlix access. Patio doors lead onto a large private deck with patio furniture, a gas BBQ and lovely golf course views.
The upper level has 2 large bedrooms and a large loft area overlooking the living room. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has 2 twins. There is a second full bathroom with a shower over the tub.
The lower level is a bright and spacious recreation area with large screen TV, DVD player and a hide-a-bed. A games table is ideal for cards, bridge, games and puzzles. A separate bonus room has a full size pool table. Patio doors lead onto the west facing patio. There's a full bathroom with a shower over tub and a laundry room also located on this level.

- Each property has a minimum of 2 allocated parking spaces. Please note that the Marble Canyon Townhomes do not allow parking for boats, trailers or RVs as per the Strata Bylaws, failure to adhere to the Strata Bylaws may result in a fine – our Reservations Team can recommend alternate parking for your larger vehicles.
- All properties are equipped with a complimentary “STARTER KIT” of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags, and Kleenex. We recommend bringing: beach towels for the Hot Spring pools, salt & pepper, cling wrap, tin foil, shampoo, shower gels & shampoo etc.

"We stayed for three weeks and used this property as our base in the Columbia Valley. Lots of room for guests and a great time of the year to sit outside and enjoy a meal together. We had an issue with the dishwasher which was resolved immediately by the property manager and a broken umbrella that was replaced within a day. Good timely response for both issues.! Lots of space in the kitchen and storage as well. While the weather was warm, the interior stayed lovely and cool and we didn't have to use the fan or air conditioner. Proximity to golf courses was great and we enjoyed our time playing golf and hiking in the valley. It was tough leaving this comfortable home away from home and the exceptional scenery around it."

Policies
Marble Canyon Booking Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - You will receive a code to access the door lock on your unit when all deposits are up to date.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival or in full at the time of booking if inside 30 days.
- Cancellation Policy made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, a $50 cancellation fee is deducted and the balance is held as a credit if used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival can be re-booked at another time subject to availability, if not re-booked a fee of $50 will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests that do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Security Deposit at Marble Canyon is $500 and will be pre-authorised to the credit card on file on the day of arrival. If all policies are followed and the property incurs no loss or additional cleaning, the pre-authorisation will be removed.
- Pets/Smoking - all properties are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted outside on decks. Pets are ONLY permitted in pet friendly units as listed here.
