The lower level is home to the master bedroom with ensuite bath, and 2nd bedroom with bathroom.
The 2nd lower level is home to the 3rd bedroom & 3rd shower room plus family room with oversized smart TV and a hide-a-bed.

Property Amenities
- Each property has a minimum of 2 allocated parking spaces.
- All properties are equipped with a complimentary “STARTER KIT” of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags, and Kleenex. We recommend bringing: beach towels for the Hot Spring pools, salt & pepper, cling wrap, tin foil, shampoo, shower gels & shampoo etc.
- Hairdryers are included in most units or available by request.
- Blenders, highchairs and playpens are available by request in advance.

The Ridge Booking Policies
- Upon booking, guests are emailed a link to complete the online 'Pre-Arrival Registration Form' - reservations are only considered confirmed once this has been approved.
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - your door access information is emailed 5 days before your arrival.
- Early check-in and/or late check-outs requests can be made by contacting our Reservations Team 24-48 hours prior to the check-in/out, and depend on the availability of the property.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival or in full at the time of booking if inside 30 days.
- Cancellation Policy - cancellations made prior to 30 days are refundable less a $50+tax cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable, however, a $50.00 cancellation fee is deducted and the remaining balance is held as a credit to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Security Deposit is $500 and will be pre-authorised on the day of arrival. Providing no policies are violated or additional charges incurred during the stay including (but not limited to) noise complaints, excessive wear and tear, damage, additional cleaning or garbage removal the pre-authorization will automatically be removed by the guest’s credit card company. The guest agrees to pay for all incidental charges and damages incurred during their stay above and beyond the security deposit amount.
- Pets/Smoking - All units, with the exception of #11 and #14, do not accept pets and are strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted on decks and outdoors and all units are non-smoking.
