To obtain swipe keys for the Panorama Pools (Upper Village) & resort gym stop at Central Check-In (open 24 hours) located just inside the resort entrance. Please note your reservation is with Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals - for questions pertaining to check-in or your accommodation please contact Fairmont Creek Reservations Team. Underground parking has a clearance of 6'6", park in any available bay. Bays are unmarked - unit numbers are marked on pillars to identify where to park in close proximity to your unit. Additional parking is available along the road or, for larger vehicles, on the opposite side of the Toby Creek by the Adventure Centre - approximately a 5 minute walk away.
