Welcome to 'The Hideaway'! Located on the top floor of Mountain View Villas, this quiet, pet friendly, end-unit offers amazing bird’s-eye views of the mountains and valley from the private balcony.
From the parking area, there are two flights of stairs to reach this third-floor unit. This “B” suite features a kitchenette, washer and dryer, a king bed, and additional sleeping on a hide-a-bed.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a streaming Smart TV, window A/C unit, fans, and blackout blinds to help keep the space cool during warm summer months.
The deck is northeast-facing and equipped with a gas BBQ and patio furniture—perfect for relaxing and taking in the views.
The bedroom offers a comfy king bed, wardrobe storage, and a second TV for streaming.
Ideal for a couple, two friends, or a small family.
Located at Mountain View Villas on the Riverside Golf Course in Fairmont Hot Springs—just steps from a kids’ playground, 2.7 km from the hot spring pools, 3 km from the Fairmont Ski Area, and 20 km from the beaches of Columbia or Windermere Lakes.
The pool and waterpark are just steps away and available during summer for an additional fee.

- All properties are equipped with a complimentary “STARTER KIT” of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags, and Kleenex. We recommend bringing: beach towels for the Hot Spring pools, salt & pepper, cling wrap, tin foil, shampoo, shower gels & shampoo etc.
- Hairdryers are included in most units or available by request.
- Blenders, highchairs and playpens are available by request in advance.
- For groceries and other supplies, visit Fairmont Mountainside Market in Fairmont Hot Springs.

Policies
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival or in full at the time of booking if inside 30 days.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, a $50 cancellation fee is deducted and the balance is held as a credit to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival are refundable less a $50 cancellation fee.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 21 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests that do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Security Deposit of $500 is pre-authorised to the credit card on file on the day of arrival. If all policies are followed and the property incurs no loss, additional cleaning or damages the funds are released .
- No Smoking - smoking is not permitted inside or on the decks.
- Pets - pets are ONLY permitted in pet friendly designated units.
