Nestled on the side of the Rocky Mountains & below the dramatic Fairmont Range, Peak Cabin is the ultimate adventure base camp with 50km of trail from your door & a short 4-minute drive to hot springs, golf, skiing or paddling on the Columbia River.
One level living, this easily accessible home features an open concept fully-equipped kitchen and living area. The floor to ceiling windows providing lots of natural light. Enjoy cooking family meals in the gorgeous gourmet kitchen with all the utensils you need, then gather around the dining table while enjoying views of the Columbia Valley & Purcell Mountains.
Retreat to the fireplace to wind down at the end of an adventurous day and stream a movie on the large screen TV or venture onto the huge deck to roast s'mores on the fire-table while soaking in beautiful sunsets and star-gazing.
The luxurious King Master suite boasts glorious views and a walk-in ensuite with double vanity, large soaker tub and a double shower stall.
The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the living space with a full-bathroom between them.
The spacious laundry room is located by the main entrance including additional storage space and a washer & dryer - so pack light!

Property Amenities
- Parking available on the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. If travelling with oversized vehicles/trailers, please advise at the time of booking. Parking on the road is not permitted at any time.
- Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, salt & pepper, oil, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags, and Kleenex.
- Baby items (high chairs & play-pens) are available when confirmed in advance and, are complimentary and in your property on arrival. Bring your own bedding for baby.
- For groceries and other supplies, visit Fairmont Mountainside Market in Fairmont Hot Springs.

Policies
Private Cabins Booking Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - You will receive a code to access the door lock 5 days prior to arrival.
- Early check-in and/or late check-outs - can be accommodated depending on the availability of the property. Contact the office 24-48 hours prior to your check-in/out to request.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival, or arrival is within 30 days, in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; a credit of the balance less a $50 cancellation fee is held to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival forfeit all payments. Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival are refundable less a fee of $50.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Groups - Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals do not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette or similar groups. Groups of singles can be accommodated with a maximum of 1 person in each available bed (EG in a property with 8 beds sleeping up-to 16 the maximum number of single adults is 8). Weddings and parties are not permitted in any of our properties without prior approval in writing from Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals.
- Security Deposit for our cabins is $500 and will be pre-authorised on the on the day of arrival to the credit card on file.
- Pets/Smoking - please review the listing information for pet friendly properties. Pets are strictly prohibited at all other properties due to potential allergies. All properties are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on decks and outdoors.
