Set into the side of the Rocky Mountains and beneath the striking Fairmont Range, Peak Cabin offers mountain-inspired architecture that brings nature and calm indoors. It’s the ultimate adventure base camp, with 50 km of trails from your door and hot springs, golf, skiing, and paddling just a 4-minute drive away.
The main level is bright, open, and accessible, featuring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook and connect. Gather around the dining table and take in breathtaking views of the Columbia Valley and Purcell Mountains, then cozy up by the gas fireplace for a movie night on the large-screen TV.
Step out onto the expansive west-facing deck to grill dinner on the BBQ or roast s’mores around the fire-table while watching the sunset or stargazing.
Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on this floor. A spacious laundry room with washer, dryer, and storage is just off the entrance—so pack light!
The lower level was built with premium sound-dampening materials, making it exceptionally quiet and private—ideal for in-laws, teens, or a family. It features a spacious recreational room with a large Smart TV, pool table, games table, and a breakfast bar for snacks and drinks. Step out to the covered patio with cozy seating, a fire-table, and a swing chair—perfect for naps or a peaceful read.
This level includes two generous bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms offer comfort and privacy—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.

Property Amenities
- Parking available on the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. If travelling with oversized vehicles/trailers, please advise at the time of booking. Parking on the road is not permitted at any time.
- Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, salt & pepper, oil, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags, and Kleenex.
- Baby items (high chairs & play-pens) are available when confirmed in advance and, are complimentary and in your property on arrival. Bring your own bedding for baby.
- For groceries and other supplies, visit Fairmont Mountainside Market in Fairmont Hot Springs.

Policies
Private Cabins Booking Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - You will receive a code to access the door lock 5 days prior to arrival.
- Early check-in and/or late check-outs - can be accommodated depending on the availability of the property. Contact the office 24-48 hours prior to your check-in/out to request.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival, or arrival is within 30 days, in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; a credit of the balance less a $50 cancellation fee is held to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival forfeit all payments. Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival are refundable less a fee of $50.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Groups - Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals do not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette or similar groups. Groups of singles can be accommodated with a maximum of 1 person in each available bed (EG in a property with 8 beds sleeping up-to 16 the maximum number of single adults is 8). Weddings and parties are not permitted in any of our properties without prior approval in writing from Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals.
- Security Deposit for our cabins is $500 and will be pre-authorised on the on the day of arrival to the credit card on file.
- Pets/Smoking - please review the listing information for pet friendly properties. Pets are strictly prohibited at all other properties due to potential allergies. All properties are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on decks and outdoors.
