AWE-INSPIRING views from the magnificent Cliff Cabin, complete with private hot-tub, grass yard perfect for summer games and an out-door firepit. This eclectic cabin has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and boasts the most spectacular views of the Columbia River & Valley, the Fairmont Hoodoos, and the Purcell & Rocky Mountain Ranges.
Accommodating up to 8 people, this unique Cabin in Fairmont Hot Springs provides the perfect setting for a memorable family reunion, romantic getaway, or to escape it all, in awe-inspiring scenery!
Architecturally designed to take full advantage of the incredible location this 2,500sqft home brings nature inside. Perched above the Columbia River, Cliff Cabin is the perfect base to watch wildlife and explore Columbia Lake Provincial Park - the Spirit Trails (think awesome biking & hiking!), a winding river and beaches – this is one of our favourite spots in the Columbia Valley for fishing, paddling & river floating. It’s also a short 4-minute drive to hot springs, golf & skiing.
The main level features an open concept kitchen leading to the raised Great Room with double-sided wood fireplace & floor to (vaulted) ceiling windows - providing lots of natural light. There are board games for all the family along with an eclectic book collection and high quality Bluetooth home sound system. Gather everyone for family meals around one of two dining tables.
Retreat to the all-season sunroom for your morning coffee or to wind down at the end of an adventurous day. Enjoy movies in the TV nook on the large screen or venture onto the huge deck to roast s'mores at the fire-pit while soaking in beautiful sunsets and star-gazing. The 2-tierd deck is an inspirational spot to do yoga at sunrise. There are sunbeds, additional seating and an amazing hot tub to enjoy the beautiful views!
The main level has one bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the upper level. The master King bedroom has an ensuite shower room – the sleeping area has a privacy curtain and overlooks the Great Room. The third bedroom has a king bed and the fourth a double single bunk – great for kids – there’s a desk and chair in this bedroom too. The third shower room is next to these bedrooms.
The laundry room is located by the main entrance includes additional storage space and a washer & dryer - so pack light!

Property Amenities
- Parking available on the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. If travelling with oversized vehicles/trailers, please advise at the time of booking. Parking on the road is not permitted at any time.
- Toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, salt & pepper, oil, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags, and Kleenex. We recommend bringing: beach towels for the Hot Spring pools, cling wrap & tin foil etc.
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace and outside fire-pit are not included. Wood can be purchased from the Fairmont Mountainside Market.
- Baby items (high chairs & play-pens) are available when confirmed in advance, are complimentary and in your property on arrival. Bring your own bedding for baby.

"The fact that this was our fourth year staying in this beautiful place says a lot. Lots of room to spread our big family out. Almost feels like our second home. The river is right below the house, a 5 minute walk down the hill for fishing and tubing. Close to so many great golf courses, and you can easily ride your bike to the start of the Legacy Trail a couple of kilometers up the highway. Morning coffee on the west facing deck is a delight, as are evening cocktails or soaking in the hot tub watching the sun set across the valley. Afternoons (33C) you have to repair to the shady side of the house. It isn’t cheap, but you get what you pay for!"

Policies
Private Cabins Booking Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - You will receive a code to access the door lock 5 days prior to arrival.
- Early check-in and/or late check-outs - can be accommodated depending on the availability of the property. Contact the office 24-48 hours prior to your check-in/out to request.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival, or arrival is within 30 days, in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; a credit of the balance less a $50 cancellation fee is held to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival forfeit all payments. Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival are refundable less a fee of $50.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Groups - Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals do not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette or similar groups. Groups of singles can be accommodated with a maximum of 1 person in each available bed (EG in a property with 8 beds sleeping up-to 16 the maximum number of single adults is 8). Weddings and parties are not permitted in any of our properties without prior approval in writing from Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals.
- Security Deposit for our cabins is $500 and will be pre-authorised on the on the day of arrival to the credit card on file.
- Pets/Smoking - please review the listing information for pet friendly properties. Pets are strictly prohibited at all other properties due to potential allergies. All properties are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on decks and outdoors.
