Designed to showcase its breathtaking surroundings, Cliff Cabin is a one-of-a-kind mountain retreat perched high above the Columbia River. This architecturally designed 2,500 sq ft home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and offers an unforgettable setting for family vacations, couples' getaways or relaxing escapes in the heart of Fairmont Hot Springs.
Floor-to-ceiling windows and soaring vaulted ceilings fill the home with natural light while framing spectacular views of the Columbia Valley, Fairmont Hoodoos and the Purcell and Rocky Mountain Ranges. The open-concept main level features a fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas and a welcoming great room centred around a stunning double-sided wood-burning fireplace. Board games, an eclectic book collection and a high-quality Bluetooth sound system provide plenty of entertainment for evenings spent together.
Step outside to experience everything Cliff Cabin has to offer. The expansive two-tier deck is the perfect place to relax in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor wood-burning fire pit for s'mores or simply soak in the incredible sunsets and star-filled skies. The spacious grass yard is ideal for summer games, while multiple seating areas create the perfect setting to enjoy the panoramic mountain and valley views.
The home features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main level offers one king bedroom and a full bathroom. Upstairs, the master king bedroom overlooks the great room through privacy curtains and includes a private ensuite. A second king bedroom and a fourth bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed and dedicated workspace are also located on the upper level, along with an additional full bathroom. The laundry room is located by the main entrance includes additional storage space and a washer & dryer - so pack light!
Located just minutes from Fairmont Hot Springs, championship golf courses, Columbia Lake Provincial Park and the popular Spirit Trails. Cliff Cabin is the perfect home base for exploring the Columbia Valley. Spend your days hiking, biking, fishing, paddling, golfing, skiing or wildlife watching before returning to one of the most spectacular viewpoints in the region.

Property Amenities
- Parking available on the driveway for up to 3 vehicles. If travelling with oversized vehicles/trailers, please advise at the time of booking. Parking on the road is not permitted at any time.
- All properties are equipped with a complimentary “STARTER KIT” of toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, salt and pepper, paper towel, coffee, coffee filters, garbage bags and Kleenex.
- NOT INCLUDED: beach towels for the Hot Spring pools, cling wrap, tin foil, shampoo, conditioner & shower gel etc.
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace and outside fire-pit are not included. Wood can be purchased from the Fairmont Mountainside Market.
- Baby items (high chairs & play-pens) are available when confirmed in advance, are complimentary and in your property on arrival. Bring your own bedding for baby.

Policies
Private Cabins Booking Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - You will receive a code to access the door lock 5 days prior to arrival.
- Early check-in and/or late check-outs - can be accommodated depending on the availability of the property. Contact the office 24-48 hours prior to your check-in/out to request.
- Deposit of first’s night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The final balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival, or arrival is within 30 days, in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; a credit of the balance less a $50 cancellation fee is held to be used within the following 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival forfeit all payments. Cancellations with more than 30 days before arrival are refundable less a fee of $50.
- Minimum Age Requirement – No guest under the age of 25 years will be permitted to rent unless accompanied in the same property by a parent or guardian. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Groups - Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals do not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette or similar groups. Groups of singles can be accommodated with a maximum of 1 person in each available bed (EG in a property with 8 beds sleeping up-to 16 the maximum number of single adults is 8). Weddings and parties are not permitted in any of our properties without prior approval in writing from Fairmont Creek Vacation Rentals.
- Security Deposit for our cabins is $500 and will be pre-authorised on the on the day of arrival to the credit card on file.
- Pets/Smoking - please review the listing information for pet friendly properties. Pets are strictly prohibited at all other properties due to potential allergies. All properties are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on decks and outdoors.
