The private hot tub and central location near Invermere, Panorama Mountain Resort, Radium Hot Springs and Fairmont Hot Springs make Ashberry Cabin the perfect homebase for year-round Columbia Valley adventures, whether you're planning a winter ski getaway or summer mountain escape.
Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, there are 5 cozy bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with luxury linens and guest comfort in mind, featuring 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, a bunk bed and a futon in the den. The master bedroom and den are located on the main floor, while the remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the lower level.
We understand travelling with kids! That’s why our space is equipped with a cot, playpen, highchair and baby gates. The littles will love the assortment of toys, engaging books and family-friendly games, including a Wii console for indoor fun in the lower level family room.
The heart of the home is the inviting living area, featuring a fireplace for cozy evenings and a large screen TV with cable and streaming services. The open-concept layout connects the living room, dining area, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee station to kick start your mornings. Outside the kitchen window is a beautiful Mountain Ash tree whose abundance of berries inspired the cabin’s name and attracts local birds throughout the seasons.
Patio doors lead onto the spacious upper deck with ample seating for relaxing amongst nature with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Grill your favourite meals on the private BBQ while enjoying the peaceful mountain surroundings.
The lower level features a second large family room with TV and games, along with walk-out access to the private hot tub and backyard. The quiet neighbourhood provides a tranquil backdrop to your stay.
The Columbia Valley offers endless year-round adventure including golf, hiking, mountain biking, lake activities, skiing, skating and hot springs. Nearby you’ll find public beaches, scenic trails, rivers, golf courses and family-friendly activities all within a short drive of Ashberry Cabin.

Property Amenities
- Parking available on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. If travelling with oversized vehicles/trailers, please advise at the time of booking. Parking on the road is not permitted at any time.
- Ashberry Cabin is equipped with a started kit of supplies including: toilet paper, Kleenex, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner, dishwashing detergent, laundry soap, paper towel, salt & pepper, oil, coffee, coffee filters & garbage bags.
- Baby items included in Ashberry Cabin are a crib, play-pen & baby gate. Additional baby items are available when confirmed in advance, are complimentary and in your property on arrival. Please bring your own bedding for baby.
- For groceries and other supplies, No Frills is the closest grocery store a 3 minute drive away.

Probably the most well equipped rental I have ever stayed in. The owner has obviously equipped this home as if it was their full time residence - quality cookware and utensils, plenty of everyday items such as saran wrap, tin foil, etc. The home itself was perfect for a multi generational stay with tons of space for everyone and enough separation for the kids to sleep peacefully while the adults visited. Location was great with a short walk to the beach along with vehicle access to bring larger items down if required. Overall a great stay.
"This home is better than as described and even better than the pics illustrate it is very spacious and could easily accommodate the 10 guests! It was so easy to feel at home from the moment we were inside. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen of any rental we have had, & for many years now, we do Air BnB's at least 3 times a year. Every appliance, tons of spices and staple items, extra cutlery. The couple things we could not find, a hair dryer & a mouse & keyboard were quickly brought over to us. A bad lighting storm happened while we were guests and took the internet down. The property manager was attentive and kept checking in on us to see when it was restored. Turns out that it burnt the modem out. They were willing to fix at that very moment but quite frankly we enjoyed having the kids attention and quality family time with no internet, so asked them to wait to repair it. That last day was bliss as a result"

Policies
- Check-in 5:00 pm / Check-out 10 am - directions and door access code are emailed 5 days prior to arrival.
- Deposit of the first night room and tax is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged 30 days prior to arrival, or in full at the time of booking if inside 30 days.
- Cancellation Policy - cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable; however, a $50 cancellation fee is deducted and the balance is held as a credit to be used within 12 months. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to arrival are forfeited without refund/credit. Cancellations made prior to 30 days before arrival can be re-booked at another time subject to availability, if not re-booked a fee of $50 will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
- Minimum Age Requirement – minimum age of booking guest is 25 years. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be denied check-in and cancellation penalties will apply.
- Security Deposit for our luxury homes is $1,000 pre-authorised to the credit card on file on the day of arrival. If all policies are followed and the property incurs no loss or additional cleaning, pre-authorisation is released.
- Pets/Smoking - Pets are smoking are strictly prohibited.
